About Jeffrey Loomans

Jeffrey 'Jeff' Loomans is a Partner of Sierra Ventures, a private venture capital firm focusing its investments in Information Technology companies, based in Menlo Park, California.

Jeff Loomans has extensive experience in founding and managing engineering and technology corporations.

Jeffrey Loomans attended Stanford University, in 1991 completing a B.S. Symbolic Systems (co-term; class of '89) and also completed a 1991 M.S. Computer Science at Stanford University whilst working as an Engineering Manager at Decision Systems.

In 1991, Jeff Loomans co-founded and resided as President of Integrated Business Software until 1996. In 1996 Jeff Loomans founded OnLink Technologies and acted as Chief Technology Officer until the company was acquired by Siebel Systems in 2000. Following the acquition of Onlink Technologies, Jeff Loomans became Vice President, Engineering at Siebel Systems.

Since 2002, Jeff Loomans has resided as a Venture Partner and Vice President of Sierra Ventures. As an entrepreneur himself, Jeff Loomans brings a dynamic focus to his directorships of private companies including:
